You can raise a support ticket here. Include a screenshot of  your issue and a description of what is happening, and a member of our dedicated help desk team will follow it up.

Give us a call. 

You can call us during Australian Eastern business hours. If we're not there, you can leave a voicemail. It's usually easier
to email us, so you may wish to skip this step.

Email us your problem.

You can email us at support@chintaro.com.au. Include a description of the problem, and screenshots showing your issue. Your email will become a support ticket which you can then monitor on the Chintaro help desk.
